How to invite users to apply company email signatures

Employees menu > Find the user and click the gear wheel and select 'Send Invitation Email':

How to select multiple employees in one go:

The employee will receive an email from you (their Xink account administrator). (The sender email is 'Xink.io').
The access code is personal and is used to receive company email signatures from Xink.

This is what your email invitation looks like:
You will be taken to your personal page where you can download the Xink app for Windows and Mac and retrieve your access code.

It looks like this:

You don't need to have any special rights to be able to install the client app.
Once the App has installed, you are prompted to insert your access code.

Copy/paste your access code into the form.
If you don't see the form, click the Xink icon in the Windows taskbar:

Once the access code is entered, email signatures are updated and the default email signature will appear instantly when clicking 'New E-mail' in Outlook.

Your Outlook email signatures are updated every hours (by default) via the App in the Windows System Tray:

First it will look for changes and if there are no changes to the signature (changed template, changed information or changed campaigns) it will leave the signature as it is.
As a Xink admin, you can force an update when you click the Xink icon and then 'Update Now':
