Debug why client is not visible in Status Monitor

Use local debug when:

  1. You don't see any users in Status Monitor even though they all run sign.exe during logon
  2. A particular user does not show up in Status monitor.

Add a registry entry to your local PC

To enable local debug you need to open your Registry and browse to this part:  

HKCU\Software\Office add-on\eMailSignature

Now create a Field called 'ShowDebug' (REG_SZ type) and give it value '1'. 

Next time you run sign.exe it will show your user log locally. Please note it can hide behind other applications.

When you are done debugging set the value to '0' or delete the value entirely.
