If your machine gets disconnected from the network, as laptops frequently do, and as can happen with any device, your System Tray icon may not appear.
Checking the Task Manager will still show the emsclient.exe process is still running, although it has failed to connect,
Steps to re-enable:
- Highlight the emsclient.exe and then click the End Process button.
- Ensure your machine is connected to a network that will allow the Server connection to occur.
- Browse to the executable in the user directory (C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\eMailSignature\eMailSignature 365)
- Double click the emsclient.exe and you should see your SysTray icon reappear, and function as expected.
