How to set email signatures for individuals

These settings overwrite the company default and group settings.

This is good when you have a few employees that need special settings.

Fast-forward to minute 1:25:


In the Employees menu, click the specific employee and select individual settings:

 

  • When you select Default, this will override the company default settings and rule settings.
  • When you select Reply/forward, this will override the company default settings and rule settings for Replies and Forwarded emails.
  • When you keep Optional UNSELECTED, the user will get Optional email signatures from either group settings or company default settings.

In EMPLOYEES menu, you can see which settings are applied to the employees:
