Email signature is not updating for one or a few users.
The employee is connected and is GREEN in Employees (which show that the Xink client is connected OK).
But no signatures show when the user click New Email in Outlook on Windows.
The Xink client is updating the wrong Outlook profile folder.
This can be cause by previous Office installations (e.g. language packages, upgrades etc.).
Repair your Office application > Office Support
You can also modify the HKCU registry - Example for Outlook 2016:
